Summary

Prison officials are the professionals who are responsible for guarding inmates in prison, but in addition to carrying out this function they also help the reintegration or social rehabilitation of these people, so that they manage to return to society with enough tools that allow them to carry out a quality with quality avoiding that they commit some kind of crime again. For this reason it is important that they have a training in mental health, since many of the inmates have mental disorders that sometimes generate difficult situations to control. This course offers specific training in mental health for prison professionals.

- Know what the employment situation of prison officials is. - Know the most common mental health problems. - Develop the necessary skills for conflict resolution. - Know the importance of emotional control and management in complicated situations.
