This upper course in ICT Labor Management. Red System, Silt@, Nominaplus and DELT@prepares students to have a complete knowledge of the labor management environment in relation to ICT applications that put users in contact with the corresponding entity for the shipment and reception of data (Siltra and DELT@), as well as the nominaplus software for staff management. With our training, students will be prepared to know and manage the applications that put users with social security and computer programs, as an example, the nominaplus. The course prepares you to know and develop the necessary skills to effectively use the tools and for the exchange of information and documents with the administration through the Network, Silt@ and DELT@ and develop a good management of the personnel through the Nominaplus software.

You will obtain the necessary competences for the management and direction of tasks related to the HR department and those issues related to said area, such as the hiring of workers, payroll preparation, calculation of benefits, completion of contribution documents, through software such as nominaplus, as well as knowing and managing applications that put users in contact with users with the TGSS, INSS, INSS, ...
