UF0494 Course interpretation of plans in the manufacture of pipes

In the field of mechanical manufacturing and metal construction in particular, it is very important to proceed correctly in the realization of operations of elaboration, assembly and assembly of pipes, accessories and incorporated elements, as well as basic union operations, following the established procedures, interpreting plans and technical documentation, attending and respecting at all times the quality standards, environment and prevention of occupational hazards. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to correctly interpret the plans in the manufacture of pipes.

- Relate the different representation systems used in pipelines with the information that needs to be provided in each case. - Interpret the views, sections and details of the plans according to orthogonal, American and European, isometric or schematic systems. - Interpret the self -control sheets and recognize the measures to be controlled. - Identify the planned time for the elaboration of the different sections of pipe.

This professional is integrated into the production area. It depends organically on an intermediate command. In certain cases, operators may have under its responsibility, depending directly on the production manager.

This formation conforms to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0494 Interpretation of plans in the manufacture of pipes, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of mechanical manufacturing and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the layout and machining of pipes in a general way and, more specifically, in the interpretation of plans in the manufacture of pipes.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
