Resumen

In the field of trade and marketing, it is necessary to know the different fields of commercial sales management, within the professional area of sale. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to obtain and process the necessary information for the definition of commercial strategies and actions. More specifically, to carry out the management and strategies of commercial activity and intermediation.

Objetivos

- Obtain the data and commercial information that allows the definition of different commercial strategies and plans according to established objectives. - Organize information and commercial data obtained from products, services, customers and competence so that its integrity, use and periodic update is guaranteed using appropriate computer applications. - Analyze commercial information by applying appropriate analysis techniques for the detection of business opportunities and definition of effective sales plans. - Determine the elements of commercial contracts and agreements with intermediaries, manufacturers and customers, according to current regulations and usual uses of the sector, with and without exclusivity, discriminating the obligations and rights that refer the parties. - Apply product control techniques and regular orders management in commercial sales management to ensure supply and service provision capacity.

It develops its professional activity, in direct contact with the client or through information and communication technologies, in establishments or commercial branches, commercial or sales departments and in marketing, contact and call center companies and, in general, relational marketing companies or transactional contacts.
