UF2174 Course TECHNICAL OF WOOD DECORATIVE ELEMENTS

In the field of arts and crafts it is necessary to know the different fields of the such as wood decorative elements, within the professional area of traditional crafts. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to carry out the techniques of size of decorative elements in wood.

- Apply size techniques, from projects and the rough block, in the elaboration of decorative wood elements, with quality and environmental safety criteria. -Apply interior emptying techniques and procedures in solid blocks and false manual and mechanical glue, based on projects, in the elaboration of decorative elements of wood stature, with quality and environmental safety criteria. - Apply surface finishing techniques.

It develops its professional activity on behalf of others, in artisanal and artistic companies and workshops, whether public or private, small, medium and large related to the size of decorative wood elements, based on the interpretation of the project, doing their work within the framework of the functions and objectives assigned by the upper technician or workshop teacher. You can also exercise as an independent or associated professional with other professionals.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2174 Techniques of decorative elements in wood, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of arts and craft services, specifically in the size of decorative wood elements, within the professional area of traditional crafts, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the techniques of size of decorative elements in wood.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
