UF2438 Course and Installation of Auxiliary Systems for Current Generation and Transformation

In the field of vehicle transport and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of the maintenance and installation of electrical and electronic systems of sports and recreation vessels, within the nautical professional area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the maintenance and installation of auxiliary system of generation and transformation of current.

- Prevent the occupational and environmental risks involved in the maintenance and installation operations of auxiliary generation and transformation systems specifying the applicable standards. - Apply localization and diagnosis techniques of breakdowns and dysfunctions in the auxiliary system of generation and transformation of boat current, using the necessary equipment and means, identifying the causes that originate them and relating the different repair alternatives. - Perform maintenance and installation operations of the auxiliary systems of generation and transformation of boat current, using the necessary equipment and means and applying the required techniques.

It develops its professional activity both on its own and on behalf of others, in small and medium enterprises, of both public and private nature, dedicated to the construction and maintenance of sports and recreational vessels, being able to include those others of restricted length dedicated to other services or functions, as well as in companies related to the maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment, depending, in its case, functional and hierarchically of a superior lower.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2438 Maintenance and installation of auxiliary system of generation and transformation of current, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of vehicle transport and maintenance, specifically in the maintenance and installation of electrical and electronic systems of sports and recreational vessels, within the professional area of nautical, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the maintenance and installation of auxiliary system of generation and transformation of current.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
