UF2769 Course: the presentation and conservation of the graphic work

In the field of graphic arts, it is necessary to know the different fields of engraving and stamping techniques, within the professional area artistic graphic activities and techniques. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to determine and supervise the treatments subsequent to the stamping and permit the original graphic work.

- Evaluate the behavior and effectiveness of subsequent treatments applicable to original graphic works, valuing its effectiveness, compatibility and conceptual and aesthetic contributions to the work, based on required results. - Define the technical aspects of original graphic work containers, applying adaptation criteria to the aesthetic, conceptual, formal and protection characteristics established in a project. - Apply graphic work techniques that favor its conservation, visualization and colorimetric protection analyzing, where appropriate, the incidence of the wall - organizing and conditioning the space for the storage of an original graphic work edition that favors its optimal conservation, considering the recommendations specified by the manufacturers of the elements involved in the stamp.

He develops his professional activity in original graphic work workshops, generally on his own, as an independent professional, in cooperatives or other association formulas and also on behalf of others. He always works as a team or in collaboration with other professionals related to the original graphic work. This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF2769 training unit the presentation and conservation of the graphic work, belonging to the MF2228_3 training techniques of presentation of prints and expertise of original graphic work, certifying having exceeded the different units of competition in it included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the work experience. for which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
