Summary
The application of the GDPR, has been a great change in the data process and information policy in companies, so those responsible and responsible for treatment must adapt the processing of personal data to the provisions of the aforementioned RGPD and in the Data Protection Law. The RGPD unifies and modernizes European data protection regulations for Member States, so its knowledge becomes fundamental.
