What is Burnout syndrome?

Burnout syndrome (also simply called "burnout" or "burned worker syndrome") is a type of work stress known as chronic. It is characterized by a progressive physical and mental exhaustion, a lack of absolute motivation for the tasks performed, and especially, by important behavioral changes in those who suffer from it. This course offers basic formation to know what Burnout syndrome is.

The course prepares the student to know what Burnout syndrome is, learning about work stress, anxiety and social skills, in addition to knowing the fundamental basis of self -esteem and the prevention and management of work stress.
