Summary
Swimming is one of the "queen" sports, since most people without age limit can be practiced and contributes innumerable benefits for the body. To the advantages of practicing physical activity, we must add those of practicing it in the aquatic environment, in which because the severity is different, the activities have a low impact on the different parts of our body, reducing the tension in the bones and joints to the maximum. In general, swimming is important, but even more in children who are developing. This course offers the necessary training to be able to exercise as a child swimming monitor.

Certification
Professional degree issued by Edusport, specialized center in sports training and accredited by the Spanish Fitness Federation (FEF) to which it will be able to access as a federated receiving a title of the Swimming Fitness Monitor with a card of federated Swimming Fitness Monitor, in addition to the end of the training, the student will become part of the Spanish record of professionals of the exercise (esreps) establishing a quality standard and professional registration to ensure safe and effective advice from customers users of fitness facilities for qualified professionals.
