Course in Data Protection Delegate. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER (DPO) 100 hours (DPD certification preparation)

The RGPD introduces a new figure, the Data Protection Delegate (DPO). The DPD will be appointed according to its professional qualifications and in particular to its knowledge of the legislation and the practice of data protection, it may be part of the staff of the person in charge of treatment, or act within the framework of a service contract. The designation of the DPO is mandatory in numerous assumptions. With this course you will acquire the knowledge and competences that will allow you to efficiently develop the functions of the DPO. In addition, with the objective of offering security and reliability to both privacy professionals and companies and entities, our training will allow it to be a certified data protection delegate.

- Know the forecasts of data protection regulations, GDPR, national regulations, European directives and different interpretation guidelines. - Comply with the demands of the principle of active responsibility, with the evaluation and management of risk, impact evaluation (EIPD) in the processing of personal data. - Apply techniques to guarantee compliance with data protection regulations, such as safety audits and data protection audits. - Provide students with all knowledge about regulations and data protection that will allow them to perform with solvency the functions of the Data Protection Delegate.

Work as a qualified professional in Data Protection Delegate in any company, being part of the staff of the person responsible, or in charge of the treatment or acting within the framework of a service contract.

Aimed at professionals in the area of law, information security, technology or in general in any sector related to data protection that can justify a professional experience of, at least 2 years in projects and/or activities and tasks related to DPD functions in data protection and want to obtain the certification of data protection delegate.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
