Equal use course for administrative language

This course of equal use for administrative language offers you a specialized training in the field. Language is an instrument of communication and, therefore, to fulfill this function adapts to the needs of those who use it. Hence, in the average that human beings evolve, this evolution entails changes and modifications in the language itself. At present, the principle of equal opportunities between women and men implies the transversality of the gender perspective in the interventions that carry out the different entities, public and private. And, together with this transversality, the non -sexist use of language has a fundamental role since it makes visible women in different spaces (public, private and domestic) as well as a recognition of the achievements achieved. This course offers training for the equal use of administrative language.

- Analyze the elements that define language as an instrument of communication as well as the different functions it has. - Know the regulations and programs carried out in the field of non -sexist use of language at the national and regional level. - Define the concept of sexism and identify the sexist attitudes that occur in our society. - Identify the role of language in the survival of sexism in our society through linguistic sexism. - Know one of the tools to identify linguistic sexism: the investment rule. - Identify those expressions formulated in masculine but, apparently, refer to women and men: generic male. - Pose alternatives to the expressions formulated in generic male that responds to the sexist use of language. - Know the regulations related to the issuance of academic and professional titles at the state and autonomous level. - Identify the resources that exist in our language that allow progress to the extent that current society is doing around gender equity.

This course of equal use for administrative language prepares to make visible linguistic sexism and analyze the regulations related to the equal use of language in public administration.

This course of equal use for administrative language is preferably aimed at administration staff, as well as all persons interested in the subject of the course.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
