Summary
Thanks to this course in Hatha Yoga you can know firsthand the most important aspects of one of the most widespread yoga methods worldwide. When finished, the student will have knowledge about content related to body consciousness, energy philosophy, physiology applied to Hatha Yoga, relaxation and asanas and pranayama, medication techniques and, finally, knowing the proper way to program and perform Hatha Yoga sessions. In addition, the student will have the possibility of studying this training by adapting it according to their availability and needs thanks to our flexible methodology, accompanied at all times of a wide specialized teaching team.

To prepare you
With this course in Hatha Yoga you will have the possibility of learning the necessary knowledge and skills about meditation, relaxation, breathing and postures, for the practice of this yoga method, the most important elements of this yoga method. In addition, you will develop the skills that are required to learn to program, implement and direct Hatha Yoga sessions according to different contexts.

This course in Hatha Yoga can be aimed at people interested in exploring and deepening the practice of Hatha Yoga, both beginners and advanced practitioners. It is also suitable for yoga instructors who wish to expand their knowledge and skills to teach Hatha Yoga more completely.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
