International Master in Technical Inspection of Buildings

The buildings evaluation report, better known by its acronym IEE, is a technical control to which buildings in some Spanish cities must be submitted. IEE is a type of preventive legal maintenance, by which buildings are periodically submitted to the review of a series of elements that affect the security of the property and the people who inhabit it. The ITE is regulated by Royal Decree-Law 8/2011 of July 1 and by the different municipal ordinances, which determine the conditions for inspections. The following mastery prepares you to know the buildings evaluation report to determine its conservation status, its stability conditions, the security, tightness, consolidation and habitability, to facilitate the fulfillment of the duty of conservation that corresponds to the owners of the buildings and constructions.

This mastery is aimed at those who need, by the exercise of their profession, or by the extension of knowledge, knowing in depth what IEE is, its regulatory framework, legal, technical and administrative aspects must be taken into account in their execution and responsibilities of the IEE professionals, among many other aspects.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
