Summary
Within the legal system, we find a special part such as criminal law, specifically of an essential part of public law such as the criminal figures contained in criminal legislation. With this, students consolidate the basic conceptual and application elements of this branch of the legal system. Thanks to this legal planning course: Criminal Law will be able to know firsthand the interpretation of criminal norms, as well as identify the most conflicting legal-national aspects that arise in practice. Finally, students will have the possibility of studying criminal sciences, their dogmatic and criminal policy and sociology.
