Master in Civil, Commercial and Criminal Mediation + 5 ECTS + credits (Access to Mediators Registry of the Ministry of Justice)

Mediation is an area of professional specialization within the resolution conflicts in very diverse contexts: family, school, community, civil, cultural, etc. For a few years the European Community has been promoting the use of mediation, through recommendations that incite its application as an alternative and/or complementary tool to the judicial route. The Master in Civil, Commercial and Criminal Mediation will provide the necessary training to deepen the knowledge and implementation of theories, methods and strategies associated with conflict resolution such as mediation. Mediation is raised as an alternative method to the peaceful management of conflicts, becoming one of the most employability training actions in the coming years.

- Understand the concept of conflict, types of coping and influence for emotions and communication. - Provide enough knowledge in the resolution of extrajudicial conflicts. - Acquire precise techniques to help third parties in the search for agreements and confrontation styles of conflict especially in mediation. - Develop a conflict mediation system in the different areas of law.

The Master in Civil, Commercial and Criminal Mediation is aimed at being able to develop professionals providing them with technical capacity in resolving extrajudicial conflicts, especially mediation. This new form of dispute resolution leads to the need for professionals capable of developing this current and demanded structure.

The Master in Civil, Commercial and Criminal Mediation prepares you to have sufficient knowledge in extrajudicial resolution of conflicts, especially in mediation. The appearance of these new conflict resolution techniques has enabled the speed and minority of the cost of actions in the solution of disputes between individuals, in the same way a manifest alternative to the non -request of the judicial route.

This master is aimed at those entitled in the social, legal and education. Graduates and graduates in pedagogy, sociology, education, law or social work. In addition to professionals with competencies in resolution of disputes or professionals who work in basic and specialized social services.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
