Summary
After the approval of Organic Law 3/2018, where the obligation is established in certain sectors of having a data protection delegate, the demand for professionals of this type has experienced a considerable boom. Companies have been obliged to prove due diligence and measures taken to mitigate possible risks and threats regarding the processing and exploitation of users' personal data. In response to this social and business demand, this master's degree was born based on a multidisciplinary program, to train in one of the sectors with the highest professional growth and with an increasingly large demand for specialized professionals.

Who is it addressed to?
The Master in the direction of Compliance and Data Protection is aimed at those who want to guide their career towards a successful profession. Likewise, to directors and intermediate controls that are in charge of information systems, security or legal advice in their respective companies. To lawyers and economists who want to specialize in the drafting of crime prevention programs and the criminal responsibility of legal persons and assume the condition of compliance officer.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
