Summary
Thanks to the postgraduate degree in Food Security and Safety Management (APPCC + BRC + IFS + ISO 22000 + FSSC 22000), the student will reach a global and complete vision composed of the compendium of functions and concepts that besieged the field of food security. We approach the awareness of all professionals in the food field of the importance of their work, on their good practices, since they depend on them, to a large extent, that food security in the population is extended. The global food chain is facing important requirements in the field of environment, safety, health and safety. Within this framework, there are several documents, protocols and regulations required by buyers of the different countries. Among the standards required by this market, the World Food Security Standard (International Food Standard) and the World Food Safety Standard published by British Retail Consortium (BRC) stands out. The course is intended to form in the scope of hazard analysis systems and critical control points, in order to avoid contaminated food and implement the APPCC Self -Control System in companies, in addition to training on the BRC and IFS standard.

Through this course in food management and food safety (APPCC + BRC + IFS + ISO 22000 + FSSC 22000), the student will know in depth everything related to food safety. We will know how good practices are carried out around cleaning and disinfection, as well as the keys to the implementation and maintenance of a critical hazard analysis system (APPCC). Finally, you will know everything related to the Food Safety IFS standard and the World Food Safety World BRC.

In general, those who want to enter the world of food security, as well as in the composition of the APPCC system, already have previous knowledge about it or not.
