Summary
Swimming is one of the "queen" sports, since most people without age limit can be practiced and contributes innumerable benefits for the body. To the advantages of practicing physical activity, we must add those of practicing it in the aquatic environment, in which because the severity is different, the activities have a low impact on the different parts of our body, reducing the tension in the bones and joints to the maximum. This course offers the necessary training to be able to exercise as an adult swimming monitor, early childhood, matronation, senior citizens, therapeutic swimming and monitor of Aquagym.

To prepare you
The following course prepares him to be able to exercise as a swimming monitor training him for the preparation and development of teaching programs in aquatic activities, according to the different methodological trends applicable to swimming teaching and other specialties. Addressing adult swimming, matronation, early childhood education, for the elderly, for disabled and aquatic fitness.

This course is aimed at swimming monitors, personal trainers, sports coaches, physiotherapists, and to all those people who are dedicated to the world of physical and sports activities or any person interested in training or exercising as a swimming monitor in the different branches.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
