Sanitary Telecare Course (University degree + 12 ECTS credits)

Thanks to this in progress in sanitary telecare you will be able to know the development of the new information and communication technologies (ICTs) that have made a wide range of social services that allow to attend from home to older people who live alone and to people who are in a dependency situation. Telecare is a service of support for permanence at the home of these population groups, covering a series of personalized attention that contribute to the improvement of their safety, independence and autonomy conditions. This course will provide the tools, techniques and skills to facilitate the integration of this type of population in their normal coexistence environment and provide a quality telecare service.

- Know the basic principles and the main telecare devices, as well as their scopes. - Learn to manage incoming and outgoing calls in a telecare service - Acquire the main tools, techniques and skills to carry out a quality telecare service. - Analyze the importance of teamwork for the provision of a telecare service. - Identify the new technological means applied to the telecare of dependent people.

Professional outputs of this course on sanitary telecare will be focused on any organization that has the provision of telecare services. You will carry out activities such as: Reception, Issuance and Management of Calls, Administrative and Documentary Management, Coordination and Mobilization of Health and Emergency Resources such as Teleopeador/A health.

With this course in sanitary telecare, it is intended to provide the corresponding technical and theoretical training in the field of telecare, providing the student with a solid base, built from the principles that govern this emerging discipline. At the end, the student will be able to be part of the telecare service, developing both administrative and organizational skills and psychosocial skills.

This course in sanitary telecare is oriented to all those people who, either by their own interest, either by professional necessity, wish to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to be able to exercise as a telesorymer. It also addresses students, university graduates or other professionals from the field of health or administration.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
