Summary
This upper course will provide you with the necessary tools for the planning and development of the strategy of a sports entity, as well as you will learn to manage the human team that composes the organization. Who is it addressed to?
This course is aimed for those professionals who are interested in knowing everything related to the management and management of sports entities, since you will study the fundamental requirements for an effective management of management: strategic planning, human resources management and management and planning of sporting events.
