This sports nutrition course aims to provide the student with a complete technical and theoretical training based on the main sciences related to nutrition and its influence on sports, such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry,… etc., being able to apply this discipline to the different casuistics that the sports context itself printed to achieve the optimal performance of athletes and athletes.
Who is it addressed to?
Aimed at university degrees in the health and sports branch interested in directing their professional career towards the development of one of the most future professions: dietitian-nutritionist. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
