Summary
It is vitally important to carry out patient sampling studies following the standardized work protocols, acting under quality standards, safety and protection in the interpretation and assessment of technical results, to serve as support for prevention, diagnosis, control of evaluation, treatment and research. With this course in microbiology applied to public health, you will acquire the necessary notions about the treatment of samples derived from patients for microbiological analysis and identification of pathogenic microorganisms. This course in microbiology applied to public health will provide the student with all the knowledge that must be taken into account about the sampling, the main microorganisms involved in the infectious processes, the biochemical tests of bacterial identification, as well as all the necessary procedures when performing the analysis of samples carried out in the Microbiology laboratory.
Who is it addressed to?
This course is aimed exclusively at health personnel according to Law 44/2003, of November 21, on the ordination of health professions.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
