In addition, with the present course of autonomy expert in the food of students with special educational needs + School dining room monitor (approved and scaling course in oppositions - Double degree + 5 ECTS credits) It is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to carry out habits and autonomy in the food of students with special educational needs (ACNEE) in the school dining room.

- Know the school dining room in its entire educational field as well as its operation. - Knowing the profile that the School Eaters monitor has to perform professionally. - Know the different nutritional needs in the school stage, such as the importance of a good education for health improvement. - Know that it is a balanced diet and to explain to the children of the dining room the advantages of following it. - Determine protocols to assign the location in the school dining room to an acnee, following guidelines established by a reference professional. - Analyze and solve needs related to personal hygiene, physiological needs and inadequate social interactions of an acnee, in the school of the school dining room, in relation to the given information. - Analyze programs for the acquisition of food and autonomy habits of an acnee, in relation to their execution and evaluation. - Identify types of menus and special diets depending on the needs of an acnee. - Apply chewing programs with an acnee, identifying the guidelines to continue with it. - Point out guidelines to follow for food administration to an ACNEE, attending to its characteristics and/or needs to guarantee your diet.

It is also interesting for professionals from the world of sociocultural services and the community, specifically in attention to students with special educational needs (ACNEE) in educational centers.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
