Resumen

The changes that have occurred in the world of work are demanding new training strategies and the renewal of didactic methodologies. Today, the initial formation is only the beginning of a whole way to go. Indeed, the permanent training of professionals is an indispensable requirement to deal with the demands and requirements of the work environment. This course of trainers in food allergies (double degree + 5 ECTS credits) has been created under this idea and aims to train teaching staff for the development of different training actions. On the other hand we must know that food allergy is an exaggerated immune response triggered by the consumption of eggs, peanuts, milk or some other specific food. This course is adapted to the European Regulation 1169/2011 with which we will know how we should face him and in the different cases that may arise.

Objetivos

- Acquire the necessary capacities to perform teachers' functions in a private training or academy. - Acquire the pedagogical and didactic competences necessary for the design, planning, management and implementation of a training plan, both in the business field and in the unregulated official training. - Recognize the different types of allergies and food intolerances. Properly interpret food labels containing allergens. - Learn how we should face the European Regulation 1169/2011. - Know the risks and obligations faced by companies in the sector that do not comply with such regulations.

This course of trainers in food allergies (double degree + 5 ECTS credits) is aimed at education professionals interested in quality training that allows them to deal with the changing reality of the classrooms and the new competences that are required for the exercise of their profession, as well as all those people who want to learn and/or specialize in the subject of food allergies.

Carácter Oficial

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
