Labor and Entrepreneurship Orientation Course (University degree + 8 ECTS credits)

The labor market in our country is one of the main concerns, but the main groups that suffer are young, women, immigrants, people with disabilities and those over fifty. Through the labor orientation, the appropriate techniques for job search and knowledge for entrepreneurship are offered, in order to help reach a job related to our abilities and expectations. Our job and entrepreneurship course is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to help in the search for employment and to undertake a professional activity from scratch.

- Know the basic principles of labor orientation. - Help other people access a job through job orientation. - Manage the Sepe portals and Red Eures. - Dominate job search techniques and staff selection procedures. - Apply personal brand improvement techniques for employability. - Learn the current labor regulations that regulate labor relations in Spain.

Among the work outputs of our work orientation course and entrepreneurship is to exercise as a professional in employment consultancies, job orientation centers, job workshops, job cabinet, employment advice, in the Human Resources Department or as Labor Administrative, among other professional opportunities.

The labor and entrepreneurship course prepares you to carry out a correct job orientation to learn about recruitment channels or labor market situation and their demand, favoring access thanks to job search techniques or personal improvement. But you will also dominate the Red Eure and Sepe platforms that will support the job you want to find

The labor and entrepreneurship course is aimed at pedagogues, psychologists, labor counselors, labor relations, business directors or entities, social workers, etc. As well as to all those people who want to improve their skills and knowledge to find employment effectively or to develop their own ventures.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
