MF1144-2 course

In the field of mechanical manufacturing and metal construction in particular, it is very important to proceed correctly in the realization of operations of elaboration, assembly and assembly of pipes, accessories and incorporated elements, as well as basic union operations, following the established procedures, interpreting plans and technical documentation, attending and respecting at all times the quality standards, environment and prevention of occupational hazards. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to assemble pipe facilities.

- Analyze technical information and pipe assembly plans, in order to obtain the necessary information for the assembly process. - Analyze assembly processes, describing and relating assembly sequences, materials, equipment, human resources, auxiliary media and occupational and environmental risk prevention. - Perform preparations for assembly and assembly of pipes, taking into account quality standards and prevention of occupational and environmental risk. - Perform support assembly operations, alignment, positioned and pipe conduction assembly, according to assembly plans, avoiding tensions and vibrations of the pipe and equipment.

This professional is integrated into the production area. It depends organically on an intermediate command. In certain cases, operators may have under its responsibility, depending directly on the production manager.

This formation fits the training itinerary of the MF1144_2 MD Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those whose profession is related to mechanical manufacturing and metal constructions, focusing on pipe assembly.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
