Summary
The legal framework of workers is increasingly changing and diverse, therefore, people specializing in the sector are needed to meet the needs of companies, which are increasingly a series of more specialized workers and with more concrete needs. Therefore, the figure of the Human and Administrative Labor Technician acquires more and more importance within the company, being a basic piece for the proper functioning of the organization. With the course in hiring, payrolls and social security you will obtain a deep knowledge of labor legislation to make payrolls, make a hiring efficiently and manage documentation and procedures with Social Security or with the Ministry of Employment.

This course in hiring, payrolls and social security aims to provide students with a solid basis for labor regulation and how to carry out personnel hiring, the elaboration and calculation of payrolls. In addition, it includes the necessary training for the transmission of this data through the Red, Delta and Contral@system.
