UF0441 machines, tools and basic manufacturing process materials

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know how to perform basic manufacturing operations, as well as feed and attend the processes of machining, assembly and function of automated, with quality criteria, safety and respect for the environment. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to know the machines, tools and materials of basic manufacturing processes.

- Interpret information, technical specifications, graphic information related to the auxiliary machining processes. - Describe media, tools and equipment used in auxiliary manufacturing processes. - Prepare the necessary tools and machinery for the auxiliary manufacturing processes, taking into account the norms of occupational risk and environmental protection prevention. - Organize the job, performing the necessary cleaning and maintenance tasks, taking into account the norms of occupational risk and protection of the environment.

It performs its work activity in large, medium and small businesses dedicated to the manufacture and assembly of electromechanical products. Operates following instructions from higher technicians and according to established procedures.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0441 machines, tools and basic manufacturing process materials certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of mechanical manufacturing and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to basic manufacturing machines, tools and materials.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
