Resumen

In the field of administration and management, it is necessary to know the different fields of the auxiliary operations of administrative and general services, within the professional area Information and communication management. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to carry out the auxiliary management of economic-administrative and commercial documentation.

Objetivos

- Apply the registration and classification techniques of the basic administrative documentation, specifying its fundamental function, elements and requirements, through appropriate computer applications. - Operate with basic means of payment, identifying the fundamental requirements of the supporting operations, the issues and receivers, and the necessary amounts and calculations. - Apply documentation stock control procedures, material and office equipment and access methods, and the established security stock.
