Summary
This course in diseases and immunonutrition offers specialized training in the field. Immunonutrition and interaction between nutrition and immunity can be considered as a fairly novel area of knowledge, being an emerging and transversal matter used to evaluate metabolic changes, as well as to prevent its consequences.
