Course MF0092_2 Mechanized procedures for abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of the mechanized by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures, within the professional area of mechanical operations. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to determine the machining processes by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures.

- Analyze the technical information related to the product to be mechanized, determining the material, departure dimensions, machines, machines and means necessary. - Establish the machining processes, ordering operations according to the productive sequence, relating each operation to the machines, the means of production, the controls of control and verification of parts. - Analyze the parameters and specifications of the cutting tools and generate machining processes sheets by abrasion, electroerosion or special procedures. - Analyze the criteria that influence the times and costs of machining operations by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures. - Determine the cost of a machining operation in accordance with the price of the factors involved in it, estimating the time needed to perform it.

It exercises its activity in functions of preparation of machines or systems for machining by abrasion, electroerosion and related procedures (cylindrical rectifier, flat rectifier, electroerosion by penetration, electroerosion by thread and related, etc.), as well as the execution of the machining in conventional or CNC machines.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0092_2 Training Procedures for Abrasion, Electroerosion and Special Procedures, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacturing, specifically in mechanized by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures, within the professional area mechanical operations, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to determining the processes of mechanized by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
