Early stimulation and psychomotor course + university degree in early care with 5 ECTS credits

Early care implies preventing, detecting and intervening in problem situations in child development in an attempt to ensure the physical, psychological and social well -being of the boy and the girl with disabilities, disorders or at risk of suffering from them. This course of early stimulation and psychomotor skills + course in early attention aims to provide teachers with the necessary knowledge and tools for the design and development of preventive, optimizing and compensatory actions that facilitate the proper maturation of the children in all evolutionary areas.

- Know the scope, the target population and the main theoretical models in early care. - Learn the basic patterns of diagnosis and intervention in children with evolutionary disorders from a broad and multidisciplinary perspective. - Detail the early signs of the various disorders and difficulties in the development to make possible early detection and more effective intervention. - Know the concept of stimulation and its foundation. - Address stimulation from the therapeutic perspective, focusing on psychomotor delay. - Know the benefits, techniques and recommendations of child massage. - Intervention in the early ages using the aquatic environment as an element.

The present course of early stimulation and psychomotor skills + course in early care is aimed at any entitled University who wishes to direct his professional career to the teaching field and to those people who are interested in early care.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
