This course prepares you for the exciting task of managing social networks in which a company has a presence, as well as to establish social media strategies in accordance with its general objectives. Through the competences and responsibilities of a Social Media Manager, you can plan and execute the Social Media Plan to set all marketing strategies through social networks. The main objective will be the capture and loyalty of audiences, but it should not be forgotten that they provide us with a new means to improve the experience of purchasing our users.
