Judicial Expert / Civil and Commercial Mediator.

This Course of Judicial Expert in Civil Mediation prepares to obtain specific training on the judicial expertise in civil mediation, knowing the analytical instruments necessary to detect a problem or the relevant elements of a conflict in the company and that can help the resolution of the same. With this judicial expert course you can exercise demands from individuals and societies, administration and justice. The student, at the end of the course, will obtain a diploma that will allow him to register as a professional associate in Aspejure and be able to exercise in the courts and courts. It is a suitable course for access to the lists of the courts. This course prepares you to exercise as a mediator and you will also be enabled to register in the Mediators Registry of the Ministry of Justice, from which you can choose to mediate in cases designated by the Ministry. The course is adapted to Royal Decree 980/2013 of December 13, Euroinnova being a collaborating institution with the Ministry of Justice for the delivery of training in the area of civil and commercial mediation, being able if the student requests it, communicate the data of the student and the formative action to the Ministry of Justice Telematically for the speed of the discharge and registration as a mediator.

This judicial expert in civil mediation is aimed at psychologists, attorneys and/or university degrees in the subject subject of the course, and in the event that the subject is not included in any professional degree is also addressed to any professional or person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts, courts of justice, especially in criminal and civil areas. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its article 340.1: Experts must possess the official title that corresponds to the subject subject of the opinion and the nature of the latter.
