MF0106-3 course Automation of products

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of the design of mechanical manufacturing products within the professional area of electromechanical manufacturing. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to automate mechanical manufacturing products.

- Determine the conditions or cycle of operation of machines and automatic equipment used in mechanical manufacturing, complying with the rules for prevention of occupational hazards and environment and in the established execution times. - Establish the type of actuator and regulation equipment, determining the dimensions of the pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical elements or their combinations, which must be used in the automation of the product, complying with the rules for prevention of occupational hazards and the environment. - Perform the power and command schemes of the pneumatic, hydraulic, electro -hydrahidraulic circuits, depending on the established sequence or combination, complying with the norms of occupational risk prevention and the environment.

It exercises its activity in the specific industrial design area applied in the mechanical manufacturing sector. It works autonomously in small -sized companies and in simple projects, in medium or large companies, it depends on higher levels and works from preliminary drafts and technical specifications.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0106_3 Formative Module Automation of the products certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacturing, specifically in the design of mechanical manufacturing products, within the professional area of electromechanical manufacturing, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge to automate mechanical manufacturing products.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
