MF1037-3 Course monitoring of the socio-labor insertion process of people with disabilities

At present, in the world of sociocultural services and the community and within the professional social area, more specifically in the labor insertion of people with disabilities, it is very important to know the different processes. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the monitoring of the socio -labor insertion process of people with disabilities.

- Monitor the user as a function of the program planned to guarantee the maintenance of employment. - Maintain contact with the company, establishing its periodicity, to assess the process followed in the socio -labor insertion of the user. - Establish links with the user's personal environment offering complementary support to encourage its involvement in the socio -labor adaptation and insertion process.

It develops its professional activity in the public and private sphere, in the area of social and/or community and employment services aimed at people with disabilities, in public organizations and institutions that have as its object the development of social intervention programs, occupational or socio -labor insertion and equal opportunities. It is integrated into interdisciplinary social care teams, together with higher level professionals.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the module MF1037_3 monitoring of the socio -labor insertion process of people with disabilities certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective certificate of professionalism. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of sociocultural and community services, more specifically to the labor insertion of people with disabilities, within the professional area Social Attention that they intend to obtain knowledge related to the monitoring of the process of socio -labor insertion of people with disabilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
