Summary

At present, in the world of sociocultural services and the community and within the professional area of social care, more specifically in the broadcast and management of outgoing calls in a telecare service, it is very important to know the different processes. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the management of tools, techniques and skills for the provision of a quality telecare service.

Goals

- Organize a working day based on possible daily calls that have to be performed from a telecare service depending on the number, type and priority. - Apply outgoing calls processes that promote periodic contact and foster confidence in the telecare service. - Apply call management techniques issued that guarantees the provision of the telecare service indicating the way of preparing reports.

It develops its professional activity in the public and private sphere, on behalf of others, in any organization that has an care center for the provision of telecare services, under the supervision of the competent professional of higher level. It is located in the social and socio -health services sector, in the following productive activities: reception, issuance and management of calls, administrative and documentary management, coordination and mobilization of personal, social, health and emergency resources. This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1424_2 Training Issue Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
