Survival course in the mountain

Mountain sports practice is one of the most widespread practices today, due to the innumerable variants it presents. These activities, due to the singularities of the environment in which they are carried out, have a series of associated risks, which can derive in really limits, for which you have to be prepared both physically and mentally. Therefore, with the realization of this mountain survival course, it is intended to provide the knowledge, competences and skills necessary to solve the difficulties that may arise in this natural environment and survive without major problems.

- Recognize emergency situations in the mountain and know how to control emotions in those cases. - Understand the importance of the group in an emergency situation in the mountainous environment. - Describe the weather aspects and factors that can be decisive in a mountainous medium. - Knowing how to orient themselves, with or without specific means to do so, resorting to nature itself, constellations ... - Identify the elements that can be used in obtaining fire, recognizing the technique for obtaining. - Set those natural and animals that can serve as food in situations of necessity. - Set the guidelines to follow to properly perform a scale process. - Identify the displacement techniques that can be useful in the mountain. - Know the basic notions of first aid.

The mountain survival course prepares students to acquire the knowledge, competences and skills necessary to carry out, correctly, a mountain survival situation, with the required integrity and health guarantees.

This survival course is aimed at all those who, either for personal or professional reasons, are interested in acquiring knowledge related to mountain survival.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
