UF0039 COURSE CLEANING AND STARTED OF FLOORS AND COMMON AREAS IN ACCOMMODATIONS

In the field of hospitality and tourism, it is necessary to know the different fields of basic floors in accommodation, within the professional accommodation area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for cleaning and tuning floors and common areas in accommodation.

- Use the equipment, machines and tools that make up the basic endowment of the area of floors, according to their applications and depending on their optimal performance. - Apply cleaning and tuning techniques of rooms, noble areas and common areas, using adequate machinery and supplies. - Apply furniture cleaning and maintenance techniques and decorative elements, using adequate products and users. - Recognize and apply internal norms and measures of safety, hygiene and health in the processes of preparation and tuning rooms, noble areas and common areas.

It develops its professional activity in all types of hotels and other tourist accommodations such as spas, tourist apartments, vacation cities or rural tourism establishments. You can also develop your activity in non -tourist accommodations such as health centers, student residences, residences for the elderly. Performs its functions under the dependence of the hierarchical superior in charge of the corresponding section, department or area.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0039 Clean They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of hospitality and tourism, specifically in basic operations of floors in accommodation, within the professional housing area, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to cleaning and set -up of floors and common areas in accommodation.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
