Summary
In today's society we live a rhythm of life marked by stress and anxiety. Therefore, the appearance of pathologies related to sleep hygiene is common. These may be preceded by harmful habits such as drug abuse and electronic devices, or their own diseases such as apnea. Throughout this course in sleep pathologies you will discover as a professional what are the causes and form of diagnosis of these pathologies. In addition, you can see what are the therapies to try to improve the patient's quality of life.
