Course MF1348_2 Product printing in screen printing

At present, in the world of graphic arts, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the impression of serigraphy products.

- Perform superficial treatments, such as thermal, crown and application of corrective varnishes, on the supports to be printed to ensure ink anchoring and the stability of the materials by adjusting the devices to the production needs. - Prepare the food, printing and exit mechanisms of the screen printing machine according to the indications of the work order and the materials to be used, to allow the correct food and exit of the support and facilitate the entima and subsequent registration adjustments. - Adjust the ink and ink transmission according to the printing needs to ensure the cover of graphics and ink transfer that allows quality impression, according to technical instructions or authorized samples. - Obtain the first printed samples by carrying out the pre -registration of the image on the support to be printed to assess the results of the printing and carry out the corrective measures according to the results obtained and the specifications of the work order. - Obtain the printed product, supervising the process during the roll to guarantee the productivity and quality established in the work order.

It develops its professional activity in the graphic industry, in the printing area. In small, medium or large companies, with very diverse organizational / technological levels. It is integrated into a work team where it develops individual and group tasks about printing in screen printing and in tampography. In general, it will depend organically on an intermediate command. The work is done on its own or others.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1348_2 Printing Product Products Certifying the having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls The different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who dedicate themselves to the world of graphic arts, more specifically to impression and who intend to obtain knowledge related to the printing of products in screen printing.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
