This training program provides all the knowledge and tools necessary for the student to be able to face the fiscal and legal problems to which the companies are currently exposed, especially those that operate in the international level.

- Know the different taxes and distinguish them depending on their nature. - Learn to liquidate and manage the Value Added Tax. - Know the general characters of the main commercial companies. - Being able to unravel all the necessary resources to put into operation a company, as well as knowing how to use the procedures of more general companies. - Study the common customs tariff and the set of norms that regulate the composition, classification standards and tariff types such as combined nomenclature and taric. - Learn the formalities related to the entry, control and exit of the goods of the customs territory.

This training will make the student a versatile profile that knows all the characteristics of the commercial societies, their legal form and framework in addition to all the procedures for its constitution and implementation. The law module will not only provide knowledge in legal matters, but will also learn to study business plans, its profitability and viability. All this will be complemented with the VAT module, in which the student will learn to manage and liquidate this tax in both SMEs and autonomous, in addition, with the customs management module, which is intimately related to this tax, the student will acquire the necessary tools to manage companies that operate abroad.

Aimed at all those with training in the business field who have middle or higher degree in administration and finance or equivalent who want to complement their training, as well as for those people with experience in the sector who want to grow professionally.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
