Summary
The prevention of psychosocial risks is very important, as defined by EU-OSHA of 2007, we are talking about the risks that “are developed in the work center as of external social relations between the company's staff and its users, customers or even other people outside their activity and whose presence in the work center can be illegitimate”. This course of methodologies for the evaluation and prevention of psychosocial risks in the work environment, develops the set of knowledge established in Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention (LPRL) in the article, where the training program is established to prevent psychosocial risks in the work environment.
