Multitasy machine machining course: UF2046 High -performance machining planning in multitasking and milling machines

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of manufacturing by mechanized at high speed and high performance, within the professional area mechanical production. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the planning of the high performance machining in multitasking and milling machines.

- Determine the phases of the high performance machining process in multitasking machines to twist and mill from the requirements of the product to be manufactured that enable manufacturing with the required quality, and depending on the techniques and procedures to be applied. - Develop high performance machining processes in multitasking and milling machines from the technical documentation and ensuring the possibility of manufacturing with the required quality. - Prepare CAM/CNC programs for obtaining parts by machining at high performance in turning/strawberry machines from the manufacturing and technical information process, or a computer file that contains the graphic inforemlation of the piece. - Perform, with specific computer applications, the simulation operations of the CAM programs to obtain parts by high performance machining in multitasking and milling machines.

It develops its professional activity in the planning and production areas of large, medium or small businesses, public and private, both on their own and of others, dedicated to manufacturing by machining at high speed and high performance, being able to be in their lower level personal.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2046 High -performance machining planning in multitasking machines for turning and milling, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacturing, specifically manufacturing by high speed and high performance, within the professional area mechanical production, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the planning of the high performance machining in multitasking machines of turning and milling.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
