Summary
The declarative procedure is a type of trial in which a court is pronounced on the existence of rights or legal relations between the parties. This procedure can be used to resolve a wide range of conflicts, from property and contractual disputes to family matters and inheritances. Thanks to this course, the declarative procedures in the LEC will understand that the declarative procedure is one of the main legal mechanisms for the resolution of disputes in the Spanish judicial system.
