The Abechyanga and Bioenergetic Ayurvédica Massage is a traditional medicine system from India focused on the individual's health and welfare. The objective of the ayurveda is to balance the doshas of a person through changes in the diet, the lifestyle and the use of herbal and massage therapies. The proper balance of the three twohas is considered essential for good health and general well -being.
