Aquatic Activity Monitor course for disabled and pregnant women (federated card)

Aquatic activity is one of the best exercises that can practice without difficulty, both disabled and pregnant people. Therefore, aquatic activity will provide physical and mental well -being to the individual favoring their development. Throughout the course, the evolution of the different methods of aquatic activities, as well as in the principles of aquatic activity programs aimed at older, disabled and pregnant women, and adapting them when the situation requires it, will be deepened. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation. - Analyze thoroughly the fundamental principle in aquatic rescue: prevention. - Know the various methodologies that have been followed throughout history for teaching aquatic activities. - Know what are the main functions and characteristics of the aquatic activities animator. - Identify users, classification and features, which make up the aquatic activities programs. - Analyze the diversity of aquatic activity programs aimed at different population groups. - Develop a process of adaptation to the concrete situation of each individual. - Discover the benefits that the safe practice of aquatic activities carries.

Educational centers, rehabilitation centers, cultural and/or leisure centers, swimming pools, companies dedicated to municipal aquatic and sports activities.

The course prepares you to enter the world of aquatic activities, and acquire the necessary knowledge to correctly differentiate and apply the tools required for the teaching of the main sports, utilitarian, healthy or recreational aquatic modalities, applying the most appropriate didactic to different situations. Specifically, swimming specialties for pregnant women, babies, disabled and elderly are included.

This course is aimed at professionals who develop their work within a sports context, and more specifically, within the scope of aquatic activity. Sports technicians, educators, monitors, caregivers, lifeguards, as well as any non -expert person who is interested in expanding their knowledge in the field of aquatic activities for disabled and pregnant.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
