- Offer an approach to the main concepts of dietetics and nutrition, applied to the diet of people who carry out some type of sporting activity at a greater or lesser level. - Present the nutritional aspects of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. - Know the specific nutritional needs of people who practice sports. - Provide the necessary knowledge to develop an appropriate eating plan for people who carry out any sporting activity, whether on a professional level or simply or as a measure to stay in shape. - Establish the anatomical and physiological bases of all movement. - Know and prevent injuries to the skeletal system. - Know and prevent injuries of the muscular system. - Understand how metabolic energy is obtained. - Develop training appropriate to the characteristics of each individual. - Define and use arm techniques in cardio-box. - Define and use leg techniques in cardio-box. - Establish the principles of action in terms of first aid in an emergency or accident situation.

This Cardio Box Course + Specialization in Nutrition for Sports Practice offers the student, from a vision of the fundamental concepts of dietetics and nutrition, the possibility of having the necessary skills to prepare and/or supervise the nutrition received by people who participate in sports. In addition, the Course prepares you for the development of the techniques and tactics necessary to carry out a sporting activity, specifically in the discipline of cardio-box, in addition to establishing the necessary guidelines for the planning and execution of a class or sports session.
