Com631_2 Course Small Trade Management Activities

This course focuses on the guidelines to follow when implanting and directing a small trade or independent store, organizing, managing and controlling the supply, the animation of the point of sale and the activities of sale of the products. For this, it is used (when the complexity of the activity requires it), external management and advisory services, in order to guarantee the ability to respond, permanence and sustainability over time, enhancing in turn the service of proximity and the personalized advice in customer service, in accordance with quality criteria of small trade, environmental respect, safety and risk prevention, complying with current regulations.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Certificate of Professionalism COMT0112 Small commerce management activities, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will opt for to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at managers, merchants and professionals in the field of trade and marketing, more specifically, aimed at sale. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
